Looking Forward

We look forward to the months of February and March. First of all, we will enjoy a fellowship on the 24th of February in the evening service. Make plans now to attend. Easter will come very early this year, the second earliest in history, March 23rd. Both our young people and adults will be presenting wonderful Easter music. You don't want to miss it. In addition, we will keep our tradition of an Easter sunrise service with an enjoyable breakfast following. A great spring to look forward to.

The morning and evening sermons for 01/20/2008 have been added to the Sermons page. The morning sermon is titled "The Angels of God" by Pastor Glenn Hill. The evening sermon is titled "Building My Part of the Wall" by Pastor Tim Parker.

There is a special sermon by David Crockett from the Wednesday night prayer service on 01/16/2008 titled "Are You Willing to be Used by God?"

Enjoying Sunday Night

The Sunday night worship service is a wonderful opportunity to get out of the house and be in church. The Sunday night worship service begins at 6:00 pm and gives us an opportunity to worship the Lord, to enjoy good music and to enjoy the preaching of the Word of God. Why not make the house of God your place on Sunday night. You will be glad that you did.

Character Building for Youth

All youth need character building. That work comes first in the home not in the church. However, the church can do very much to reinforce what parents already do in the home. Therefore, the church provides Treasure Clubs on Wednesday night. During this time, youth in every age group are able to learn God's word and character building principles using the Kid-4-Truth curriculum that will help guide them as they grow up, and as they face the world as adults. Make sure your child is in church each Wednesday evening. Treasure Clubs starts at 7:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. You will be glad you came.

The evening sermon for 01/13/2008 has been added to the Sermons page. There were technical issues with the morning sermon recording but the sermon title was "The Value of the Law" and it came from the book of Exodus 20:1-17. Also, the announcements and prayer list have been updated.
